We will stop losing our best teachers to our neighbors and prepare every student for a high-wage career.
The "Hero’s Tax Cut" (Retention): A 100% State Income Tax Exemption for tenured public school teachers (5+ years) in high-need schools. We are giving veteran teachers a $3,500+ effective raise immediately.
The "$50k Starting Line" (Recruitment): We will raise the minimum base salary for all certified teachers to $50,000, ensuring Georgia pays more than Florida, Tennessee, or Alabama.
The "12+2" Promise: Every high school student in Georgia will be guaranteed funding for two years of technical college or trade certification integrated into their diploma. You graduate with a degree and a job offer.
PILLAR 2:
The Opportunity Economy (Generational Wealth)
We are moving from a "minimum wage" debate to a "high-wage" strategy, creating an ownership society for every stage of life.
Gen Z (The Starters): The "Solopreneur Starter Kit" waives the LLC filing fee ($100) and cuts red tape so you can launch your business for $1.
Millennials (The Builders): The "First Hire" Tax Credit waives state unemployment taxes for a new business's first employee, reducing the friction of growth.
Gen X (The Anchors): The Caregiver Tax Shield. We are raising the caregiver tax credit from $150 to $3,000 (Refundable). If you save the state money by caring for a parent at home, the state should have your back.
Boomers (The Foundation): The "Backyard Builder" Loan. Low-interest state loans to build Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs/Granny Flats) on your property—generating rental income for you and affordable housing for the community.
